WESA Registration Fee Refund Policy

 

 

 

Cancellation of Program Participation Refunds:

  • 100% refund given if registration is canceled in writing prior to the first day of season practice or week prior to program start date (less $25 non-refundable registration fee)

  • 75% refund given if registration is canceled in writing prior to first game of the season or program start date (less $25 non-refundable registration fee)

  • No refunds are given after first game of the season or program start date

     

Injury Refunds:

  • If a refund is requested due to player injury, 100% refund given if registration is canceled in writing prior to the first game of the season (less $25 non-refundable registration fee). A doctor’s note of injury is required.
  • If a refund is requested due to player injury, after the first game of the season, a refund will be prorated accordingly, (less $25 non-refundable registration fee). A refund request must be made in writing and a  doctor’s note of injury is required.

Any other refund requests need to be submitted in writing. The WESA Finance Committee will review these and refunds will be made on a case by case basis.
